  1. Crew Agency - UK

    1. We are happy to negotiate a Crew Agency Agreement (CAA) with you. You can download a copy of our standard CAA which will serve as a useful first draft. Schedule 1 of the CAA outlines the crew that you have asked us to source, any specific unusual requirements and our fees.

    2. In the absence of a valid CAA being negotiated we will confirm the main details of the crew that you have asked us to source, any specific unusual requirements and our fees. These will be confirmed in our Letter of Confirmation (LOC) The LOC refers to our Standard Terms and Conditions which are deemed to form part of the LOC and can be downloaded below.

    3. Any changes to either the CAA or the LOC will be communicated to you by us issuing an updated Schedule 1 to the CAA or a new LOC.

  2. Crew Management - Singapore

    1. The J. S. Hamilton Crew Management Co. Pte. Ltd., Singapore acts as employer of crew in Singapore. Contracts with ship owners or their managers are usually in the form of BIMCO Crewman A crew management contracts but other forms may be considered. Any amendments are made by issuing an addendum to the agreement.
