Full crew management services linking seafarers from the Baltic region with the maritime world

"We are proud to partner with JSH who manage our Baltic crew members in an adaptable and efficient manner giving us the confidence that together we can recruit, train and, most importantly, retain high calibre seafarers at the right time, place and cost. Their helpful staff troubleshoot promptly the inevitable issues that arise when crewing a range of specialised vessels around the world."

Welcome to our website; on the following pages you will find details of the full range of crew agency and crew management services offered by the JSH Group of companies, as well as links to our associated training school and details of our teams in the UK, Poland, Latvia, Russia and Singapore.

Do take a look at the services we offer, and if you have queries, don’t hesitate to contact Simon Olszowski, our MD, in the UK office.

As you will read, we are more than just a crew management company, always treating those seeking our services to crew their vessels, and the seafarers and hotel staff who we place on board, as equally valued clients.

The JSH “parent” company is The JS Hamilton Management Company Ltd (JSHManCo); this site tells you more about JSHManCo, our areas of operation, unique associated training school and also about our wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, The JS Hamilton Crew Management Co Pte Ltd (JSHCMCo).

A member of the Chamber of Shipping of the United Kingdom and a founder member of the Ferry Operators' Forum, we are headquartered in the UK. With partners and offices in Singapore, Poland, Latvia and Russia, we make the initial contact between shipowner/manager clients, and our manning agents, to source seafarers. We also provide marketing and administrative support to our wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary, which acts as an employer of seafarers.

JSHManCo was founded in 1989, certified with ISO9002 in 1996, ISO 9001:2000 in 2001/2002 and ISO 9001:2008 in 2009  (ISO 9001:2008 Certificate). In parallel, our preparations are well advanced to achieve certification when the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 comes into force, providing comprehensive rights and protection at work for more than 1.2 million seafarers working across the world.
